Rules and Restrictions for Trailwood Lake Lot Owners  

1. All County and State Regulations must be met. 

2. Permanent enclosed structures are not permitted. 

3. Please keep the front gate closed at ALL times. 

4. SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH.

5. RV's must not exceed 35 Feet. 

6. Park your vehicle and boat trailers on the main road while fishing, not on the boat ramp road. (HANDICAPPED PARKING ONLY AT THE BOAT RAMP.)

7. All Lot owners must belong to the Lot Owners Association.

Annual Dues are $150.00   

8. Do not leave trash anywhere in the campground. Lots must be kept litter-free. 

9. Only lot owners and guests are permitted in the campground. Guest must be with lot owners. (Guest must register in the gatehouse, to protect our privacy/security.)

Violations will be reported to the Shelby County Sherriff. 

10. Absolutely no dumping of trailer waste on the campground. Holding tanks are permitted. (This will be enforced by the Shelby County Health Department.)

Port-a-toilets are provided.  Please do not put trash in the toilets. 

11. Use idle speed when you observe anyone fishing.  

12. Jet skis and skiing are not permitted. Speed boats of any kind are not permitted. 

13. Absolutely no hunting or shooting of firearms anywhere in the campground. 

14. Curfew is 11:00 P.M. - "QUIET TIME"

15. All campsite improvements, changes, structures, location, etc. must be presented to the Board for approval. 

16. Jug fishing and trout lines are not permitted.
